IMPORTANT: THIS DISCLAIMER CONTAINS LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

No Warranty for Existing Equipment. Membership in the Wrightway Heating & Cooling “Just Wright” plan does not constitute an express or implied warranty on any existing HVAC system or equipment you currently own (“Equipment”). This includes but is not limited to, furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, water heaters, humidifiers, and any other equipment related to your heating and cooling system.
Non-Coverage of Warranty Costs for Non-Wrightway Installed Equipment. Wrightway Heating & Cooling (“Company”) will not be responsible for, nor will it cover, any warranty costs associated with Equipment not installed by the Company. This includes any labor or parts associated with such warranty claims.
Sole Responsibility of the Original Installer for Warranty Claims. All warranty claims for Equipment must be made directly with the original installation company. You are solely responsible for pursuing any warranty claims with the original installer and for complying with their warranty claim procedures. The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the enforceability or validity of any warranty offered by the original installer.
Entire Agreement; Non-Waiver. This Disclaimer constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the limitations of liability set forth herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written. No waiver by the Company of any breach of this Disclaimer shall constitute a waiver of any other or subsequent breach.
Your Acceptance. By enrolling in the Plan, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Disclaimer and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You further acknowledge and agree that this Disclaimer is a material inducement to the Company to provide you with Plan membership. 6. Governing Law. This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts (or New Hampshire for New Hampshire residents), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
All plans are subjected to the terms outlined in this agreement and require a minimum one-year commitment.

Spring A/C 20 Point Inspection:

Check temperature drop at indoor coil
Check and adjust thermostat
Inspect wiring, contacts, capacitors, and relays
Inspect evaporator coil
Inspect and clean condenser
Inspect condensate pump (when applicable)
Inspect condensate drain
Inspect outdoor disconnect
Inspect condenser fan motor & blades
Inspect and record compressor amps
Inspect copper lines and insulation
Quick clean condenser coil
Check duct system
Inspect and clean secondary drain pan
Replace air filter (Customer provided)

Fall Furnace or Air Handler 20 Point Inspection:

Check thermostat operation
Inspect heat exchanger (when applicable)
Check indoor fan motor and blower
Check and clean pilot light and flame sensor
Check safety controls
Check that a Carbon Monoxide detector is present
Inspect gas pipe & check for leaks
Inspect flue vent system
Check burners
Check secondary heat exchanger
Check condensate pump and piping
Check and adjust firing rate (when applicable)
Check system airflow and record static pressure
Replace air filter (Customer provided)
Check and adjust heat rise

**Payment – Card on file for recurring payments required**

Add Ons:

2nd, 3rd, or 4th HVAC system – $14 per month, per system. Same services apply as system 1.
Dehumidifier inspection and cleaning – $8 per month. We will inspect the unit for proper operation, do light cleaning, and change filter (provided by customer).
Mini Split add-on (1 outdoor and 1 indoor head) – $13 per month. We will inspect the outdoor unit and do light cleaning, check pressures, check heating and cooling operation, clean indoor unit washable filter, and check for proper drainage.
Additional Mini Split zones – $6 per month, per unit. We will inspect indoor mini split head and do light cleaning, check drain for proper operation, and clean washable filter.
ERV cleaning and inspection – $8 per month. We will inspect ERV unit and do light cleaning. Check core integrity and proper operation, check drain (if applicable), replace filter (customer provided).
